We set off to the CAFF centre (the skate board) building at 2pm where we met up with one of the Government Officials at the Department of Labour and Social Development. She took us through the tender that was put out by the Govt and how Pensamento Digital applied and won the contract. After that, we got a tour of Palacio de Governor (the Governors offices). The building construction commenced in 1911 and took about 20 years to complete. The offices were designed by a French Architect and all the paintings and murals inside were by an Italian painter.
